Touch is crucial to living a happy, healthy, vibrant life, which is our birthright. Staying ‘in touch’ with ourselves, staying connected to ourselves, to our experience, to others and to the world around us takes conscious effort and practice, and sometimes a little help. Allow me to accompany you on your journey back to yourself and your deepest nature- joyful, compassionate, caring Being.

My approach is called “Conscious Bodywork”, which harnesses the powerful combination of your conscious attention and intention in conjunction with my own. This synergy of conscious intention along with my extensive technical training create the possibility of deep and lasting change. In touching the body I am in contact with your whole Being- Body, Soul and Spirit, working sensitively on many different levels at once. When we work in collaboration with attention and intention, including the breath- this is a most powerful approach to health.

I offer many modalities including Cranio-Sacral therapy, Zen Shiatsu (or Inter-personal meditation), Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Myofascial Release, Sports Injury, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki and Polarity energy work.

I work with the entire age spectrum, from infancy to older age and everyone in between. I also have extensive training in the mental health field and specialize in working with most forms of mental, emotional and spiritual suffering.

Currently I offer two kinds of appointments. I am a core provider at Balance Health of Ben Lomond (www.balancehealthofbenlomond.com), located at 231-A Main Street in Ben Lomond, CA. To schedule an appointment please call (831) 336-1300. You may also sign up as a client on the website and request an appointment via email (coming soon). The fees for these appointments are $45 for 30 minutes, $75 for 60 minutes and $110 for 90 minutes.

I also offer home visits of 90 minutes in length in Santa Cruz county. Please call and inquire about other locations or arrangements. The cost for this service is $120. I use my own custom formulated massage creams utilizing only the highest quality carrier and essential oils. These can be formulated to your scent specifications for an additional charge.
